Helen Zille visits

Whilst waiting in the queue to cast my 2009 SA Election vote a black 4×4 drove up to the line of patently waiting voters, and out stepped Helen Zille, leader of the Democratic Alliance party. She walked along the the waiting crowd, greeted some people, had briefs chats with others, and then got back into her vehicle heading towards the next voting station. Her 2 minutes visit was quite random, but she nevertheless showed up with a smile on her face wishing us all happy voting!

After all the excitement, I desperately needed a sip of my ANC water just to calm my nerves before making my mark on the ballot paper!
